Traineeship Finance & IT

What will you do? 

As a Finance ERP trainee, you will be trained to manage and optimise the financial modules within our clients' Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP systems. You will contribute ideas on how to optimise processes such as general ledger accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable, budgeting and financial reporting. You will have frequent client contact to optimise existing functionalities, resolve financial incidents, and develop new features. Think of automating financial reports, setting up invoicing processes, or building an interface that connects different finance systems. You will also actively collaborate with clients to identify and improve their processes. 

The traineeship in a nutshell 

In the first few weeks, you will familiarise yourself with the financial ERP modules and the corresponding business processes of our clients. Before long, you will join our team of Finance ERP consultants and start working with clients under close guidance. The traineeship is just the beginning of a career as a Finance & IT specialist — continuous development is a core value at Enshore. As you gain more experience, your role will grow. You will take on more complex financial challenges, implement larger-scale changes, and participate in projects where you collaborate with experienced colleagues and take on increasing responsibility within the Finance ERP domain.
