Traineeship Business & IT

What are you going to do?

As a Business & IT trainee, you will be trained to manage and optimise our clients' ERP systems. You will contribute ideas about the optimal design of their business applications and support them in this process. This involves a great deal of customer contact in order to optimise existing functionalities, resolve operational incidents and develop new functionalities. Examples include automating reports or building an interface that connects different systems.

The traineeship in a nutshell

During the first weeks you will get acquainted with our customers' ERP systems and basic processes. Soon you will join our team of ERP consultants and start working for customers under supervision. Of course, the traineeship is only the beginning of a career as a Business & IT specialist; continuous development is paramount at Enshore. As you gain more experience, your role will grow. You will deal with more complex issues and implement larger-scale changes. You will participate in projects, working alongside experienced colleagues and taking on increasing responsibility.

• You have an HBO or WO working and thinking level (eand specific training in IT is not required, but interest is a plus);

• You are curious, eager to learn and enjoy developing yourself through training;

• You approach problems creatively;

• Good professionalism in English and Dutch is a plus;

• You are analytically strong and can switch gears well;

• You are not afraid to jump into the deep end;

• You are available starting November 1, 2026.
